از شرکت کنندگان محترمی که مقالات آن ها جهت ارائه بصورت سخنرانی در همایش پذیرفته شده است خواهشمندیم که فایل ویدئویی مربوط به سخنرانی مقاله خود را در گوگل درایو بارگذاری نموده و لینک آن را به ایمیل همایش با آدرس biomath@umz.ac.ir ارسال نمایند.

Since in holding conferences virtually, unforeseen events may occur and we may face internet problems both in terms of the conference server and in terms of participants and presenters, in order to hold the conference as well as possible and prevent such cases. As mentioned, we decided to receive the video presentation files of all the article providers. It is necessary for the speakers to be present at the conference at the announced time and after the presentation of questions and answers will be held online.

Therefore, we request the respected participants whose articles have been accepted as speeches to be presented in the conference to upload the video file (maximum 15 minutes) related to the speech of their article in Google Drive and send the relevant link to the conference email.

• You can use ZD Screen Recorder software to record video files on your desktop  .
• The size of sending files should not exceed  80 MB  .
• The quality of the files to be sent should be acceptable and  at least 480  .
• The duration of the video file of the lecture  should be at most 15 minutes  .
• Enter the name of the submission file with the same name as the code of your accepted article. For example: biomath2-00390150
• The deadline for sending video files is Monday, February 17, 1401.
